My Team and I will guide you through 30 days of intense workouts and give you a meal plan tailored to your needs. 

How It Works:

1) Once you've purchased, you'll get a question sheet in your email. Fill it out, so we can create the perfect plan for you. 

2) You'll get your plan in 3-5 business days. All Good things take time! Once you get your program, start working out and eating based on your plan. Remember consistency is the key.

3) You will have to check in with me and send me your progress photos every week (SUNDAY). If you forget, I will be sending you weekly reminders via email.

4) Feel free to post a before and after pic-stitch and use the hashtag #teamwioletta and TAG ME @trainwithwioletta / @Wioletta_Pawluk 

What You Get:

1) Each of my clients get a personalized diet based on their food preferences. (Vegan, Vegetarian, Keto, Paleo...etc.) The diet plan will indicate your daily macros, how many grams of protein, fats and carbs you have to consume throughout the day to reach your goal.

2) You'll receive a workout program that is created for your specific body structure so you get the results you're looking for. This is a home workout program. The moment you sign up you will list all your equipment that you have at home (bands, jump rope, dumbbells...) so we can add them in your workout plan. Don't worry if you don't have any, we can still make it work or you will have to order it. 

3) You can chat with my team and I through email as much as you need to until you understand your program. We want to support you throughout your transformation experience as much as we can!

4) We will adjust your plan when needed so that your results never slow down or stop. 

5) I would do my best to motivate you via Instagram posts and dms! Ask me anything and I would be happy to chat with you!
